Tell us what your customer asked for. A 20 minute call is usually enough to answer whether an assessment addresses it.

What to include#

You do not need a brief. A few lines is enough, and these are the ones that make the first reply useful rather than a list of questions:

  • What you were asked, and by whom. A prime's security annex, a procurement questionnaire, a board paper, an export obligation — the wording of the actual question matters more than a summary of it.
  • What you fly, or plan to. Payload class, bus model and orbital layer are what size the control set. Ground segment only is a valid answer.
  • Whether you touch Federal Contract Information or Controlled Unclassified Information, and whether you hold export-controlled technical data.
  • Any deadline that is real — a contract award, a design freeze, an acceptance milestone, a launch window.

What happens next#

A 20 minute call is enough to say whether an assessment answers your question, what the scope looks like against your mission, and the fee. The fee is fixed before we start, with no variation without your sign off.

If an assessment is not what you need, we will say so on that call and, where we can, point you at what is. That answer is free and it is faster than a proposal.
